API and Van's team did an incredible job transforming our small bathroom into a beautiful new space. They were very professional, provided frequent updates on progress, were respectful of our requests while working in our home, and went above and beyond to make the space more functional. I also appreciated how the provided quote was very accurate and any additional charges were clearly communicated. Our new bathroom is now our favourite room in our home!

Our house from the early '70s was badly in need of a new look after so many years of neglect. API Renovation became the solution for that! Van, the general manager, was patient, helpful, and prompt in answering all our questions before starting our large project, which involved the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, attic, 2 floors of painting, and a skylight. Project manager Jason and his capable crew of Peter, Vincent, and others were kind and understanding of all our needs and requests throughout the project. Despite a few challenges involving the kitchen and bathroom cabinet installations, the final results were awesome. I would recommend that future customers seriously consider the advice and extensive experience of the API designer and work crew before selecting any materials and configurations. I have come to realize that form and function are both important when doing renovations! Overall, API is a competent renovator that offers affordability and value for older home renovations. Based on my positive experience with API, I will be contracting them to transform our basement into an additional living space, thereby completing our whole-house renovation.

Coming back from work and found out that our floor damage by water leak and basement ceiling was also damaged. We called API and they came immediately. API quickly addressed the cause and stoped the leak. The floor and basement ceiling is stored to original condition within a week. The thing i like most from API is that they did perfect job on covering the working site and our house is very clean after the work done. API team is quick and professional, definitely highly recommended.
