This bathroom renovation in Burnaby transformed an outdated and inefficient bathroom into a bright, modern, and functional space designed for everyday comfort.
Before the renovation, the bathroom featured older flooring, dated fixtures, limited storage, and a traditional vanity and bathtub that made the space feel smaller and less organized.
API Building & Renovation completely refreshed the bathroom with a modern layout, upgraded materials, improved storage, and contemporary finishes.
One of the key features of this Burnaby bathroom renovation is the new custom floating vanity.
The natural wood finish adds warmth to the space, while the quartz countertop creates a clean and contemporary appearance. The floating design also helps the bathroom feel more open while providing practical storage for everyday use.
The bathing area was redesigned with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, modern bathtub, and matte black fixtures.
Large-format gray tile was used across the shower walls and flooring to create a consistent, timeless look while providing a durable surface suitable for a high-moisture environment.
The frameless glass enclosure keeps the bathroom visually open and allows the tile design to remain a focal point.
Updated lighting helps make the bathroom brighter and more comfortable throughout the day.
Matte black fixtures and hardware provide contrast against the natural wood vanity and neutral gray tile, giving the finished bathroom a clean, contemporary character without making the design feel overly busy.
The combination of warm wood, neutral tile, glass, quartz, and black accents creates a balanced bathroom that feels modern while remaining practical for everyday living.
